TRAINING PACKAGES
Not everyone trains the same, which is why I have developed a variety of packages to suit all strength levels and training styles.
SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING
- Up to 3 Semi-private training sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 1 Zoom (Online Coaching call) addressing everything outside of the gym on Thursday
- Access to tracking, education, and programming via my phone application
- Access to workshops and lifting clinics
- Goal setting and re-assessment
- Nutritional and supplementation guidance
- Massage and Mobilisation therapy when needed
- Exclusive access to private Facebook group
- Support at every step of the way
GROUP ONLINE COACHING
- Weekly updated program for you to follow along and log in my phone application. (3 workouts per week) Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- 2x Weekly online group calls
- One on Tuesday 30-minute live stream Q and A on training
- One on Thursday 30-minute live stream on food, lifestyle and mindset
- Saturday once per month will be a Lifting Clinic - This will be a workshop for fine tuning the big lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift and variations of them). This will be especially helpful for anyone who can’t get into the correct position or who aren't comfortable lifting yet
- Access to Seminars (varied topics of interest)
- Access to private Facebook group

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN TRAINING WITH ME
I believe in building you from the ground up regardless of your previous experience.
We will start off with a consultation to find out what your goals are and to see if we are a good fit. Next we will do a structural body assessment to see what exercises best suit you, discuss past injuries, diets, and training history. The assessment will also include measurements and pictures.
You will receive your customised program with access to my own app for workout plans. With me you will learn the basics of training and what you should be eating according to your body and goals. Throughout the journey I will provide you with support and guidance to keep you accountable.
