I believe in working with the body and not against it.

I am invested in working with clients who genuinely want to become the best version of themselves. As a client you will always receive a personalised program, the option of 1 on 1 or semi-private coaching including all the tools to help you achieve your goals.

My training methods stem partly from strength and conditioning and also bodybuilding. Having a strong influence from my FMA training with allows me to assess movement issues including pain, to mobilise and massage and to treat and remove pain.

We will go through a thorough body assessment to see what kind of body type you have what injuries or past injuries you may have. Once we have all the information, then and only then will we create a plan for you.
