TRAINING

I believe in a conscious training method. Contracting your muscles against a load as opposed to just moving a weight from A to B without really knowing how or why. I use specific programming to achieve a certain goal - not just coming into the gym and aimlessly training with no start or end goal period. I work on setting or correcting movement patterns right from the start as to not develop any bad habits or imbalances which can lead to injuries or chronic pain down the road.

TRAINING PACKAGES

Not everyone trains the same, which is why I have developed a variety of packages to suit all strength levels and training styles.

The Semi Private and Group Online Coaching are recommended for the best results, with excellent value.

SEMI PRIVATE COACHING

  • Up to 3 Semi-private training sessions per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 1 Zoom (Online Coaching call) addressing everything outside of the gym

HYBRID ONLINE COACHING

  • Weekly updated program for you to follow along and log in my phone application.
  • 2x Weekly online group calls
  • One on Tuesday 30-minute live stream Q and A on training
  • One on Thursday 30-minute live stream on food, lifestyle and mindset
  • Saturday once per month will be a Lifting Clinic - This will be a workshop for fine tuning the big lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift and variations of them). This will be especially helpful for anyone who can’t get into the correct position or who aren't comfortable lifting yet
  • Access to Seminars (varied topics of interest)
  • Access to private Facebook group

Workouts are logged and completed using an app that allows both myself and the client to monitor progress.

The gym I primarily coach from is Goodlife Northland, located at Northland Shopping Centre, 2-50 Murray Rd Preston.

It is a modern gym with plenty of room to move and heaps of variety. The equipment is second to none and is regularly cleaned and upgraded where needed.
