TRAINING
As you may have gathered I have a wholistic approach to health and of course training. I believe in an all around approach to training, diet and supplementation. Its not all about the 70% diet and 30% training you may have heard thrown around. You have to put 100% into all aspects of your life that you want to improve. You can have the best diet in the world but it won't make nearly as much difference if you don't get into that gym! Seems like a no brainer right ? But how many people do it !?
Not everything works for every body, life is all about what works for you. Having seen many different scenarios I can make suggestions for diet changes, training programming. Eg. If you are trying to gain muscle I won't be getting you on a treadmill for 30 mins per day. This is very simplistic, though obviously can get much more complicated. Eg. Training to peak for a marathon.
I am a big supporter of weight training as it has countless benefits for health. Everybody should be in the weights room a few times per week!
I am an educator at heart and I love to teach people about what the body can do. By simply changing your elbow or hand position it can relieve pain. Can't feel it in your back, only your arms ? I can teach you within minutes on how to change that movement pattern. Getting your body to re learn that pattern can take a few sessions of me cueing you in.
